About us
It all began with ONE simple idea.
Consistency.
With regular, consistent support we can develop the skills we need to fly.
So, Neurodiversity Daily Coaching was born in order to enable clients to practice positive new habits and develop the skills to sustain focus - by understanding their own individual needs to regulate emotions, feel motivated and be prepared through planning and organisation, to alleviate unnecessary stress and anxiety. The proof is in the results. Clients feel supported, are able to stay on task and know there is always support at hand.
If you are looking for an ADHD coach, I can’t recommend Sara highly enough.
After being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult at the age of 27, I knew I needed support to better understand how ADHD affected me and to develop practical strategies for managing it. Receiving a diagnosis later in life left me feeling as though I had very few tools to help me navigate the challenges I had been facing.
When I first found Sara, I was going through a particularly difficult period. After being made redundant several times during COVID, my confidence was low and I felt overwhelmed by the uncertainty of what came next. Having Sara’s support over the past five years has genuinely been life-changing.
Sara provides a fantastic balance of understanding, accountability, and practical guidance. Our weekly sessions helped me unpack challenges, gain a deeper understanding of how my ADHD shows up in everyday life, and create realistic action plans that never felt overwhelming. She has consistently supported me through both the ups and downs, always helping me move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Today, I’m in a much better place. I’ve successfully started a new business in a completely different vocation, and I’m happier and more fulfilled than ever. I honestly don’t think I would be where I am today without Sara’s support, encouragement, and belief in me.
If you’re considering ADHD coaching, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sara. She has made an incredible difference to my life, and I’m so grateful for everything she has helped me achieve.

I cannot recommend coaching highly enough. The support, understanding, and practical strategies I received have made a huge difference to my daily life. The coach was patient, knowledgeable, and created a safe, non-judgmental environment where I felt truly understood.
The coaching sessions helped me develop better organisation skills, improve my focus, and manage challenges that had previously felt overwhelming. Rather than offering generic advice, the support was tailored to my individual needs, which made it incredibly effective.
I have gained more confidence, reduced stress, and a much better understanding of how my ADHD affects me. If you’re considering ADHD coaching, I would highly recommend it. It has been a genuinely positive and life-changing experience.
